Our 15 year reunion is right around the corner and with each major 5-year reunion, we elect our class officers. Class officers serve for a term of 5 years and begin their term at a major reunion. The class officer positions are: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Those names that appear on the ballot must be nominated by 15 members of the class. with your name and indicate the office you are seeking. Once the election committee receives your email, we will establish an online petition on our class website so that you can gather your 15 nominating votes. The nomination process will start today, July 24th, and run through
11:59 CDT on (CORRECTION) Sunday, August 3rd Friday, August 8th. Those individuals with 15 valid nominating votes will appear on the election ballot. The election will be conducted electronically and will start on (CORRECTION) Monday, August 4th Sunday, August 10th, and will be open for 45 days.
The nomination process will run through August 10th, or when all candidates listed above have at least 15 nominations (whichever occurs first). The ballot/voting process will commence when the nomination process is complete, but no later than August 11th, running for 31 days. Election results will be announced prior to the 15 year reunion.
